We are working with local planners to utilise a mixture of wind power, solar water panels, CHP wood burners, biofuels, water wheels and build more sustainable low-cost houses for local needs, and to be an example of how local housing needs can be met without harming the environment. We are currently self sufficient in organic vegetables from our Permaculture and kitchen garden, and meat from our highland cows.
